Booking Policy

Mind Stretchers Online Classes Terms and Conditions 2026

 

1. Online classes must be paid for in full prior to commencement.

2. Parents will receive a confirmation email at the time of booking which has the Zoom details, any optional resources and a copy of the booking policy.

3. No refunds are provided for change of mind.

4. Class times are provided in AEDT or AEST and parents/carers are responsible for checking the class times in their state.

5. Class prices are per homeschooling family (one household).

6. Classes are 45 minutes in duration.

7. It is recommended that a parent/carer is in the same room and within earshot of the session. 

8. Each live online session will be delivered via Zoom.

9. Classes are recorded and available on replay for the term of booking.

10. It is recommended that parents/carers log on to Zoom at least 5 minutes before the session starts.

11. Learners will need a quiet space to participate in the session.

12. The optional resource list is available prior to booking. Experiments and activities will be demonstrated. Joining in with them is optional.

13. Mind Stretchers reserves the right to cancel a class if the numbers enrolled make the class unviable. A full refund will be made in this instance.

14. In the event that a class cannot go ahead due to unforeseen circumstances, Mind Stretchers reserves the right to cancel the class. An alternative time for the class will be offered or a full refund will be provided.

15. Students are encouraged to have videos on during the class to get the most out of the session, however, if this does not suit then they can keep their camera off.
